This policy explains how Handyboy, operated by CK Management Solutions ("we", "us"), handles your personal data when you contact us on WhatsApp, including through our automated customer service assistant. We follow Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).
What we collect
- Your WhatsApp phone number and WhatsApp profile name.
- The messages and photos you send us.
- Booking details you give us: your name, service address, the job required, and preferred date and time.
Why we use it
- To answer your questions about our services and prices.
- To arrange, confirm, reschedule or cancel bookings, and to send our technicians to you.
- To handle complaints, warranty claims and follow-ups.
We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.
Automated assistant
Messages to our WhatsApp number may first be answered by an AI assistant. It answers using our service and price information, and passes your chat to a staff member when needed, or whenever you ask for a person. Bookings made through the assistant are confirmed by our staff.
Who processes your data for us
- Meta (WhatsApp Business Platform): delivers messages between you and us.
- Anthropic (Claude): provides the AI that writes the assistant's replies. Your messages are sent to it only to produce a reply.
- Hostinger: hosts the server that runs our assistant and stores booking records.
These providers may process data outside Malaysia. They handle it under their own security and privacy commitments.
How long we keep it
- Chat history with the assistant is deleted after 90 days with no new messages.
- Booking records are kept for as long as needed for our services, warranty and business records.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or ask us to stop using it, at any time. Message us on WhatsApp or email us using the contact details below. We will reply within 21 days.
